Meet Attorney Russell Your Aggressive & Ethical Legal Advocate

Attorney Adam C. Russell

Adam C. Russell is a battle tested criminal defense lawyer. He has earned a reputation of getting results for repeat offenders. Russell Defense Firm uses an independent investigation designed to prove your side of the story in court.

Breathalyzer Lawyer

An experienced chemical breath test lawyer, Adam C. Russell gets results in cases alleging high breath alcohol concentrations with car accidents. Before becoming a lawyer, Adam played college basketball and then was a garbage man in Boston. He is a fierce competitor and not afraid of hard work. RUSSELL DEFENSE FIRM sponsors an elite men's basketball team. Adam attended Hampden Academy in Hampden Maine, worked at a Fortune 500 bank, earned a degree from the University of Southern Maine while competing in NCAA men's varsity basketball, and later attended law school at the nation's largest law school- Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Before graduating, he got involved with the National College for DUI Defense, Inc. and has been practicing OUI law since admission to the bar in 2010. In 5 years Adam has won significant victories in both Eastern and Western Massachusetts for people accused of operating under the influence, drug crimes, and violent crimes. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer's Rising Star.

Highly trained and experienced

He has been recognized for specialized training in OUI defense by the National College for DUI Defense, Inc. and the Flashner Judicial Institute for criminal defense. This allows Adam to stay on the leading edge for new defense and effectively represent his clients. He works hard to be on the same pages as judges and one step ahead of the prosecutor. He argues cases in all Massachusetts District Courts, Superior Courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Adam prides himself on fighting for people accused of unpopular crimes.

Fewer clients, more attention for each

Adam C. Russell limits the number of cases he takes to ensure every client gets the level of attention the individual client and gravity of the situation demands. Adam prides himself on representing people with mental health and/or substance abuse issues that require sensitivity balanced with sound, honest advice. Good people can be accused of unpopular crimes.

Small town roots

Growing up in Maine, Adam's neighbor lost a promising political career to a single allegation of OUI. His best friend's father got treated guilty from the start. This left a lasting impression on Adam. Adam fights for good people accused of unpopular crimes.
